Hi, I'm Michele!
I've been a small business owner too.
Before starting Crooked River Bookkeeping, I spent years running my own plumbing business. I know firsthand what it's like to wear all the hats that come with owning a small business—taking care of customers, managing expenses, making important decisions, and trying to keep the books organized while actually running the business.
That experience is a big part of why I do what I do today.
After earning my degree in accounting, I wanted to combine my education with my real-world business experience to help other small business owners feel more organized, informed, and confident about their finances.
Today, I help small businesses with monthly bookkeeping, QuickBooks cleanup and catch-up, and QuickBooks setup so their financial records aren't just up to date—they're useful.
Having owned a trade-based business myself, I especially understand the challenges contractors, trades, and service businesses face. But whether you're in construction, professional services, or another small business, my goal is the same:
